Role

We are looking for a full time experienced closer with at least $1M in total sales closed in the high ticket sales industry who is also a culture fit aligned with our core values. This position is ideal for a closer that wants to be on a B2B offer that has great fulfillment and makes a life changing impact on clients’ lives. The role involves closing inbound leads. The leads are sourced from a DM funnel where it is qualified by a DM setter, filtered by an application and pushed to a VSL before the sales call. We currently have a 80% show up rate (great setters) on our sales calls and are averaging 4-5 showed sales calls booked daily per closer. We have a training library with recorded closed calls, in depth training on the avatar/offer and a very fast ramp up time (taking a full calendar of calls within 2 weeks). We have very organized systems for pipeline tracking, follow ups, commission tracking and EODs The culture within the company is very much that of a brotherhood and a lot of camaraderie and collaboration.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work as a part of a competitive yet collaborative environment that maximizes the performance of the entire team.
  • Minimum 30% qualified, inbound deals are closed month to month
  • Collaborate with the setter and marketing team to maintain cohesiveness as well as provide feedback to ensure appointment optimization.
  • Collaborate with client success team to enhance the client experience and provide cohesiveness between both the sales and client success departments.
  • Attend daily sales team meetings for call reviews, product training, roleplays, announcements and projection updates.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of prospect needs as well as excellent proficiency with product knowledge.
  • Uphold company core values on sales calls, company meetings, internal company communication and sales team meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 2 years experience closing deals from paid advertising
  • Minimum of $1,000,000 sold for an online business in the info product industry with packages greater than $5,000
  • Must have excellent communication skills, resourcefulness, and high emotional intelligence.
  • Must be able to have 6-7 open slots per day for warm qualified leads on the calendar
  • Preferred (but not required)
    • Sports and/or military background
    • Sold in the agency and/or coaching space
  • Maintain a deep understanding of prospect needs as well as excellent proficiency with product knowledge.
